しかし、曲がりなりにも社としての形をなして3年を過ぎ、お客様とのつながりができてくると、どうしても人手が必要となってきます。ここで有能な人材を集めていけるかどうかも、会社として継続できるかの分かれ道かもしれません。なぜなら少数だけの会社は一人かけると大きく力を失ってしまうからです。人を増やさなくてはいけないフェーズですが、見知らぬ人をひきつけるような会社に3年でたどり着けるのは、本の一握りの幸運な会社だけかと思います。

この段階では、仲間の誰かが、自分の身近で信用の置ける人に声をかけ登用しはじめます。最初の数人までは、仲間に紹介しあい、仲間の中に入っていきますが、次第に大きくなり始めると、全員とのパスを築かずにある特定のノードにぶら下がりっぱなしで、仲間内に展開しきれなくなります。

普通、この仲間から集団へのプロセスが進み、齟齬が出始めるのは５年目くらいでしょうか。自分の知らない誰かが、自分たちの関係に割り込んでくると嫌な印象を持ってしまう人は少なくないはずです。
